With over 20 years in practice, Lisa has developed an interactive, mindfulness-focused approach to therapy. Using her expertise in counseling, yoga therapy and trauma recovery she creates unique strategies and techniques for each client to overcome the challenges they face. Lisa helps you build on your innate strengths and turn practices into habits as you move forward in life.
